Account Deletion Request

Manage your data for Tigoat

At Titan Lounge, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the permanent deletion of your Tigoat account and all associated data.

📱 1. In-App (Recommended)

Open the Tigoat app, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This is the fastest way to verify your identity and process the request instantly.

✉️ 2. Via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app, please send an email to contact@titanlounge.ai from the email address associated with your account (your Google or Apple ID email).

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your unique User ID and Profile information.
Your game progress, scores, and statistics for Tigoat.
Any saved preferences or "vibe-coded" customizations.

Important Notes

Irreversibility: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All game progress and in-app achievements will be permanently lost.
Processing Time: Email requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Legal Retention: Some transaction data (if applicable) may be retained for a limited period to comply with financial and legal regulations.
